How Our Price Match Works
1. Eligible Products
The item you want us to match must be identical to the product sold on maplegrainscabinetry.com. This includes the same brand, style, finish, dimensions, and all product specifications.
2. Approved Competitors
We honor prices from authorized U.S. cabinet retailers selling brand-new, factory-sealed merchandise.
Offers from auction sites, third-party marketplace sellers, clearance or liquidation events, or refurbished/used items do not qualify.
3. Price Verification
To request a price match, simply send us proof of the competitor’s current advertised price—this can be a direct link or a clear screenshot showing the offer.
4. How to Submit Your Request

Please mention “Price Match Request” in your message and include all relevant details so we can process your request quickly.
5. Final Determination
Maple Grain Cabinets reserves the right to confirm the competitor’s offer and verify that the product meets all criteria. We may also factor in shipping charges, taxes, and product availability when making a determination.
Exclusions
Price match requests will not be honored for:
Offers from unauthorized sellers or retailers.
Discount codes, promotional pricing, reward programs, or bundled deals.
Contractor, wholesale, or multi-unit pricing.
Prices that cannot be verified through a publicly accessible source.
Terms & Conditions
Price comparisons are based on the competitor’s final delivered cost, including shipping fees, taxes, and any additional charges.

All price-matched orders must be paid via wire transfer or mailed check.
