This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be issued. We encourage customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order so they understand the process and timelines involved.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Because cabinetry products are large and often shipped by freight carriers, we strongly recommend that all customers carefully inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Check the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
- If damage is visible, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- Take photos of any damage to the packaging or product.
- Report the issue to us as soon as possible.
Prompt reporting helps us resolve shipping claims quickly and ensures that replacement parts or products can be arranged without delay.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The product remains in its original packaging.
- No installation, modification, or assembly has occurred.
- The return request has been approved by our customer service team.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom-ordered cabinetry or special configurations
- Products that have been assembled or installed
- Items that show signs of use or modification
- Clearance or final-sale items
These limitations exist because cabinetry products often cannot be resold once they have been altered or installed.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and details about the issue. Our team will review the request and provide instructions if the return is approved.
- Customers must obtain a return authorization before sending any item back.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
When a claim is reported promptly, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the damaged component or product
- Repair assistance or replacement parts
- A partial or full refund depending on the situation
Photos of the damage and packaging will usually be required in order to process a claim with the shipping carrier.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Restocking fees may apply in certain cases, particularly for large freight orders.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter the production or shipping process. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
